It’s a hot summer Saturday, and the ‘Sonny Side Up’ Café has been a struggling business for a while, so when a Royal walkabout by Princess Katherine is due in town that day, owner Santino (Sonny) Berretti has an idea to draw in thirsty customers. But for the café’s staff, it becomes a day of chaos; especially for his manageress, Patsy. A cancelled food stock delivery, and a madman demolishing their milk delivery is trouble enough, but with a potential stealth visit from Health & Safety boding, a wealthy customer’s yapping chihuaha in her handbag, a large rat running loose, a bonkers chef with no sense of risk assessment, and a boss who turns out to be much dodgier than he seems, it’s a day Patsy and her team are never likely to forget!
